Important Note:
*+Registration fee for local participants and students does not include the Welcome Reception on Thursday, 5 December.
+Students must provide student ID (transcript, copy of student identification card, or letter signed by head of department) upon registration.
Student places are limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis
Fees for Congress participants include:
• Participation in all scientific sessions and exhibition
• Book of Abstracts and Final Program
• Invitation to the Welcome Reception (Note: Registration fees for Local participants and for Students do not include the Welcome Reception. Tickets are available for purchase).
• Coffee breaks
• Certificate of Attendance
Group Registration Policy

Payment
Payment for registration fees can be made via credit card through the website or with the downloaded PDF form. The charge will be made in Euro’s according to the currency exchange rate on the actual day of the transaction. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of Registration Fees will be as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival – full refund less bank charges
Up to 60 days prior to arrival -cancellation charge of 50 EURO
Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund
